Dr. Kavita Gupta for being bestowed with the national honour of “*Best Indian Diabetes Educators Award”* at the 5th Annual DAY DEIC-2020, with the hands of Ms Diana Isaacs, CGM program coordinator at Cleavend Clinic, Ohio, Fellow of Association of Diabetes Care & Education Specialists (FADCES), Awardee of Diabetes Care & Education Specialist of the Year 2020, USA by ADCES.
The DAY (Diabetes Awareness You) organisation instituted this national award through initiatives of Dr. Debasis Basu, Ms. Sheryl Salis, for those who are doing exemplary work in the field of Diabetes Education in India. Judges panel included senior Endocrinologists, Diabetologists, diabetes educators & nutritionist, and people with type 1 diabetes from Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata.
It is a matter of pride for DCRC.
