Dr. Sunil Gupta, Diabetologist of the town was being awarded with the prestigious National Fellowship of Research Society for the Study of Diabetes in India (RSSDI), with the hands of Hon Health Minister of Orissa Mr. Pratap Jena, Dr. S. M. Sadikot, Global President International Diabetes Federation, Dr. Sarita Bajaj, President RSSDI, Secretary Dr. B.M. Makkar, Past President Dr. Rajiv Chawla, Organising Chairman Dr. Acharya & Organising secretary Dr. Jayant Panda at the 45th Annual National conference of RSSDI 2017 at Bhubaneswar on 4th Nov 17.

He has been bestowed with the fellowship in recognition of his persistent contribution & commitment in the field of diabetes. His academic researches & Hello Diabetes Education programs are a big contribution to the society. He is also the recipient of 3 International & 3 National Fellowships..

He has dedicated all these honours to his enthusiastic and committed team of Diabetes Care’n Research Centre & his family including his wife Mrs. Kavita Gupta.
